MUST HAVE
If you are planning on having a baby I cannot recommend this blend enough! I used it for both pregnancy after delivery and had no cramping. This also extremely helpful during periods as well. But is definitely a MUST HAVE for PP.

Oh my goodness this blend is AMAZING and a MUST HAVE for women! I use this all the time, not just during that time of the month, though it does wonders during that time! I rub it on my lower abdomen to alleviate cramps and it eliminates them. Works better than mydol any day of the week. The rest of the month I just rub it on my pulse points for emotional balance as I tend to be a roller coaster. It smooths out my ride tenfold.

Love this! If you have menstrual cramps, apply this on your lower abdominal area and they'll be gone in five minutes! I didn't believe it till my friend gave me hers to try. I've been using it since. It also helps you sleep. I place it on my wrists or the back of my hands so I can inhale it as I go to bed. Great stuff!

This is good stuff. I love doTerra. I haven't seen any dramatic results from this but maybe next month I will use it a week or so before my period. It smells good, but use sparingly. I wore it one day and when I walked into the room all my friends told me it was overwhelming. My husband also said it was too strong.
Amazingly Made My Period Start After One Hour as a Surprise for Someone Without Menstrual Timing or Other Cramping Issues
I think this smells great. I put it in to try it and only rubbed it on my wrists and smelled it for a few seconds. I didn't order this for menstrual issues and was just looking for a bergamot blend and appreciated this had sage, lavender, chamomile, and Palmarosa in it for aura protective properties and stress as recommended to me by a reiki healer. Lo and behold, literally an hour later I started my period! I had not had symptoms for a day that I usually get before I start my period so I think the ClaryCalm did it because I usually am sensitive to acidic food the day before but did not feel that so I really think the ClaryCalm worked. As soon as I started I also did not 'dot' for a day and just went smoothly and usually I have a 'dot' day that begins towards the end of a day and then my period starts running smoothly the following day. So this must really work for helping regulate female hormones. I don't really track my period either so I think this worked also because usually by the time I get my period it has been 4 to 5 weeks since I last had one and expecting it because it has been so long but this seemed to make my period come at least a week earlier because it has only been 25 days since I was on my period that I only remember because it was before a holiday.
Can’t go wrong with Doterra oils
Love this for hot flashes during menopause. But I normally purchase through Doterra directly so I know I’m getting the real thing. Love Doterra oils, they really work.
