How to use

Smells great! Best oils!
I am a lifelong DoTerra fan and I've been ordering their oils for years without any problems. However, this time around, I purchased the travel kit and one of the bottles was filled halfway only. As you can see in the photo, the bottle cap is unopened from the factory. Also, as comparison, I added a photo of another bottle from the kit that is properly filled.
