How to use
Environmental diffusion: 2-3 drops in an ultrasonic diffuser (children up to 5 years old); 5-6 drops (children older than 5 years), for 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
Relaxing bath: 2-3 drops diluted in a tablespoon of vegetable oil in the bathwater.
