DIRECTIONS FOR USE
• Inhalation: inhale directly from the bottle, add a few drops to your clothes or scarf, or place a few drops on a tissue and breathe in whenever needed.
• Diffusion: add 5-6 drops of the blend to the water in your aroma diffuser (for approximately 150 ml of water).
• Topical use: Dilute 10-15 drops of the synergy blend in 25 ml of carrier oil (sweet almond, hazelnut, sesame…) and massage into the targeted area.
