How to use
Difusión aromática: 3-5 gotas en el difusor para crear un ambiente equilibrado.
Masaje: Diluir 1-2 gotas en 10 ml de aceite portador y aplicar suavemente sobre la piel.
Baño relajante: Mezclar 5-10 gotas con una base dispersante antes de añadir al agua del baño.
Inhalación: Poner 1-2 gotas en un pañuelo e inhalar de forma intermitente.
