Excelente combinación
La mezcla de aceites de RutaVaLa es increíble. Me ayuda a relajarme por las noches y tener un mejor sueño. Lo uso en mi difusor cada noche.
Love the oil/hate the delivered outcome
Rutavala is the best essential oil for restless leg syndrome. I suffer from this almost every night. I was so excited to see it on Amazon because it has been so hard to get at YL. When it arrived I opened it immediately because I couldn’t wait to smell that peaceful aroma again but much to my dissatisfaction, the cap was unscrewed from the bottle and the entire inside of the cardboard enclosure was saturated with the oil. A good third of the oil is gone. Very disappointed!! But since this product is not returnable, I guess I’ll use what’s left.

Doesn’t work for me
I had a massage therapist tell me about this stuff. She said it knocked her husband out for 12 hours. She told me to put it along the bottom of my big toe, & to have 12 hours before I had to get up. Other than stink, Valerian root, it did nothing…

After rubbing the oils on the bottom of my big toes, in a layer effect; I tend to fall asleep in about 15 minutes and sleep great! I would recommend this product very highly!!!!
