¡El peor alojamiento al que fuimos en todo Europa!

Fuimos a pasar tres días en Londres en nuestro viaje a Europa y alquilamos un departamento regenteado por esta empresa a través de “booking”. - Cosas buenas: Era muy chiquito pero estaba muy bien equipado, tenía una buena ubicación y el precio estaba bien. - Cosas malas: Tuvimos una pésima experiencia. Éramos cuatro personas y el departamento era muy chiquito pero eso no habría sido un problema. Los problemas comenzaron apenas hicimos la reserva. Nos pidieron un depósito de 500 GBP que aunque no estábamos muy contentos, lo pagamos. Pedimos si podíamos hacer el check-in dos horas antes de los estipulado y nos dijeron que nos cobrarían 50 GBP, entonces decidimos entrar en el horario estipulado. Cuando llegamos al departamento, media hora después del horario del check-in, nos dijeron que el departamento no estaba listo y que volviéramos en media hora (eso sí, ahí ellos no se hacen cargo y te pagan a vos por no tener el departamento en condiciones al horario estipulado). Nos fuimos y volvimos a la hora para encontrarnos con el señor que estaba preparando el cuarto aún adentro. Nos dijo que no había suficientes sábanas y que no podía terminar de hacer las camas. Al revisar un poco el departamento vimos que tampoco había toallas suficientes y no había nada de cosas de baño (ni shampoo, ni acondicionador, ni jabón, nada). Le pedimos, por favor, que haga el reclamo y se fue. Esa noche nos contactaron de la empresa diciéndonos que nos llevarían las cosas que faltaban al otro día. ¡Una vergüenza! Luego de reclamar un poco más nos dijeron que compráramos las cosas de baño en el supermercado más cercano y que nos reembolsarían hasta 30 GBP y que las toallas y sábanas nos las llevarían al otro día en el horario que quisiéramos. Les dijimos el horario y fuimos a comprar las cosas de baño. Gastamos menos de 30 GBP y les enviamos el recibo. ¡Esa noche no nos pudimos bañar y tuvimos que dormir sin sábanas!
