This is so delicious!!! I am a diabetic and miss my noodle bowls!! But I found I'd I add this veggie topper to my konjac noodles and chicken breast it is so yummy and the glycemic index is so low my sugars hardly move!!! but have I said how amazing this taste!!! this low carb rice is a great substitute for other full carb rice. tastes good. the cooking directions are different from regular rice. as long as you follow the directions, it will turn out great. i have used it as a side dish and also in casseroles with no problems. it is expensive but, i will switch my family to it and not have to buy both varieties.

I love the texture of rice and miss it! Cauliflower "rice" just does not taste the same as regular rice. This is a great option. It has great texture and "mouth feel." I don't think it tastes the same as rice but the fact that it's low carb, is high in fiber and protein is outstanding! Only negative is the price but you can make 4 dishes out of it for about $2.25 each. Not worth giving it less stars in my opinion though! Try it! ;)
