How to use
Diffusion
The kit includes a high-quality diffuser. Add 5-8 drops of your favorite Young Living essential oil to the diffuser's water reservoir. Turn it on to disperse a fine aromatic mist into the air, creating a relaxing, energizing, or purifying atmosphere depending on the oil. Ideal for spaces up to 30 square meters. You can diffuse for 30 minutes, with 30-minute breaks, or as specified by your diffuser's instructions.
Topical Application
Many of the oils included in the kit can be applied directly to the skin. Dilute 1-3 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as Young Living V-6® Vegetable Oil Complex before applying to the desired area. Perform a patch test on a small skin area to ensure no sensitivity. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Use for massages, on wrists, temples, neck, or soles of the feet.
Precautions
Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. Avoid direct sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying some citrus oils to the skin. May cause irritation on sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. For external use only. Normally excellent in all respects, now really badly treated at SUNDERLAND. On Octobrr 16th I checked in, and reception told me to download an app to pay the newly ibtroduced £5 parking fee. The app would not work and I reported this to the person in charge, who told me there were "known problems with this app", and recorded my registration number and told me they would take care of it.

We had booked the Hilton Hotel at Angel Islington for 3 nights. We were allocated our room which we discovered on our 1st morning had a broken window lock that could not be closed. This was not obvious as the drapes and curtains were pulled over.
