Dangerous and fraudulent company –
We are currently opening a legal case via Consumer Affairs Victoria and ACCC to retrieve our money from these scammers. They charged us $880 for a subpar rat treatment job and did not disclose warranty periods until we requested them to fix their mistakes. Under Australian Consumer Law, this is considered misleading and deceptive conduct for which they continue to ignore my complaints via email and continue with their illegal practices. We are also considering reporting them to the police as we have been warned that they have threatened to murder other customers with similar complaints in past. For your family safety and to protect your finances, please do not engage with this company. We are working actively to charge this company with illegal activity on both the criminal and civil side and will not stop until justice is served.
Awful job, scammers - did not complete the job and wouldn’t come back to remedy the problem –
These people are difficult to work with and absolute crooks. Agreement to clean suede sofa which of course includes back and front. Agreed on cost and made it clear the size of sofa etc. When the contractor arrived he said it would be double, this went back and forth until they accepted that we had spelt out the job for the initial quote… (including photos). They didn’t do the back as you can see in the images below. Complained 3 days later, was asked to write an email where they responded that it had to be within 24-48 hours. The images clearly show they didn’t complete the job and yet they are holding on to this time frame as a reason not to return and complete the clean.
Do not use this company! –
They put mice stations! The problem was clearly rats! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ALSO TRADE UNDER OTHER NAMES. When I called to complain, they simply hang up on me.
BAD SERVICE! –
Had them spray Bed Bugs and they came back the next day! When we complained to them they refused to come back and rectify the problem or help, instead they then wanted us to pay again!!!
This company is a scam –
They sprayed my home but the bugs and insects increased. After I called them they refused to re-treat it and suggested I should get chemicals from Bunnings and do it myself.
