Worst online shopping experience!
If you love spam mail, shop here. I'll never return – I made one purchase from this site, was one of the worst mistakes I have made recently in online shopping. The amount of spam mail I have rijecvd from this place is the worst I have experienced, I have unsubscribed from multiple mail lists, yet I am still receiving spam mails from them at least weekly now. They seem to have zero respect for customers as I am still getting spam mail from them. The product smells ok, but is rather pricey, unless you wait for one of the sales like I did. Postage times were slow. They appear to hide reviews under 3 stars, as I have left them a 1 star review nearly 2 weeks ago and it is not on the site, so seems to be a somewhat dishonest site from my experience. I wish they would leave me alone, but sadly I don't think that will happen.
Fake oils!
I believe their Rose Centifolia hydrolat and Lavender essential oil are fake – After 2+ years of buying oils from this company and believing they are good, I ordered Rose De Mai (centifolia) rose hydrolat and omg, it smells wrong - like there are other scents besides rose mixed in there and also it feels different on skin - more "sticky" than a hydrolat. I googled how to tell real hydrolats from fake, and learned that if shaken, fake hydrolat will bubble because of solubilizer inside. And surely, it did. The lavender angustifolia oil I got also smells a bit off to me and doesn't produce much scent when used comparing to another lavender oil I use. So disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live in NSW, Australia, and consider their shipping prices very reasonable. Also love how affordable these oils are. I have used other brand name oils before and this ones are the best so far. There were only a few reviews about this company so I was very hesitant but most of the reviews were positive so, I decided to give it a try. The package arrived on time and I was surprised by the inside packaging. The bottles are individually boxed within a bigger box. When I opened the original mailed package, I could clearly smell the oils. At first I thought maybe one of them broke open. But I was relieved to find that none of them were broken. These are high quality oils and I definitely recommend them!
They don’t disappoint!
I have purchased a few oils from NatureInBottle, the first order was small and I was satisfied so I ordered again. After receiving the second order I was not sure how pure the oils were and I was about to use them in my products so I email them asking for more information, the response I received did not answer my questions and they shared the website link for all the documents and content but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I again ordered two more times, during this period I sent one sample to a Lab, in Australia, that tests Essential oils. The response to the test was amazing. It was pure and clean and I was so relieved. I was apprehensive about their oils after reading negative reviews but I am happy to share that NatureIn Bottle provides high quality grade oils. Do not lose the opportunity to give them a try before jumping into any conclusion. I have learned that every company has its share of satisfied as well as dissatisfied consumers. You have to try your own and then decide on your experience!
Incredible oils!
I love this brand of essential oils. I was hesitant to try at first, but ended up buying a sleep and anxiety oil for my diffuser, and that's when it started in 2023-24. I have been a customer ever since. I recently purchased the Tangerine oil, which is incredible, uplifting smell without being overpowering. I always buy oils when a sale comes on which honestly is fairly often and I take advantage and buy up. My diffuser works over time most days when I'm home, and I only need 6-8 drops.
Very very bad!
Do not buy from this company, I emailed and messaged them to cancel and refund my order straight after I purchased from them as the amount was to high and I made the mistake thinking it was in AU but it was in US, they said they would refund and then another person emailed and said they were proceeding with my order. I’m so upset… now seeing the other comments that the oils are fake. :-( I have contacted FedX to cancel shipment while on the photo to them they told me it was coming from INDIA when on the website they say the origin is Spain. First time being scammed, I’m so upset.
These are fake essential oils.
They are not natural at all, but 100% chemical. You cannot even leave a review on their website. Not helpful, not trustworthy. I do not recommend it for any delicate work.
A bit confused.
Reading these reviews make me sad as I was always happy ordering from this company and did so for many years — but these reviews simply make me question if I’ve been fooled. I felt all oils always smelt accurate and was always somewhat always happy with the carrier oils apart from a few like pomegranate. Sometimes I felt their frankincense was a bit funny. I was also always happy with the hydrosols. I’m so confused why so many people here weren't and I have a strong background in essential oils. I haven’t dug up a lot of info on the company and sometimes their website goes down for 24 hours so maybe I have been fooled? Does anyone have more background info on the company?
