Amazon is true to their word
The first diffuser I bought seemed to be very finicky. It would turn on and do its thing (mist, music, lights). Then within days it would stop after 20 minutes and completely shut off and I wasn’t able to restart it again. I’ve always had diffusers that are made of cheap plastic parts and I’m pretty sure everyone reading this has had the same and is done fooling with those pieces of junk. This is the real deal that we all save up for and I will say it’s beautifully made!!! So when I called Amazon to troubleshoot, they originally told me to contact the manufacturer, but the Amazon representative said the manufacturer will probably refer you back to us since we are the seller. I told him I agreed and I asked what can we do? He put me on hold, talked with his manager, and told me they will be sending me a brand new one as a replacement!! They also advised me to ship the old one back, even though I didn’t have the original box which was fine by me since they provided a label! I am so impressed with Amazon customer service sometimes that it’s worth a headache of getting through to them and actually talking to a representative.

MAGICAL! MYSTICAL! If I could give this ten stars I would, it's that fantastic. It's beautiful and soothing. Beautiful glass and bamboo with lights and music and scented mist. It's pricey but no other diffuser would make me this happy, no regrets! Even my husband likes this thing.

I owned this diffuser back in 2013 but broke it when I dropped it. Purchased this again in 2020 and it is an improved version. There are additional LED colors, green and orange/gold. Also the timer is improved and now has the option of 2, 6, and 12 hours which is longer than in the older model. Also it seems to diffuse much better than the previous version. The only thing I don’t like is that the remote is very directional. You have to aim the remote exactly at the receiver in order for it to work. Anyhow, this is an excellent product. I have owned several diffusers and this one is by far the best. Totally recommend!
Cheap plastic parts already broken when I opened the box!
Bought this for myself as a birthday present and I never spend or buy myself anything. Opened it up to find that one cheap piece of plastic, the splash guard, was broken. Cannot use the diffuser without it. You would think for the price, you would get a quality product.

My wife absolutely loves this diffuser
We honeymooned in the Maldives and this diffuser was in our room. We were so excited to find an Americanized version that worked here and was the same diffuser. Also, for cheaper than the international version. It works really well, looks amazing, and the music is great. Really brings us back to our honeymoon every night when we put it on.

While this diffuser might be a little pricy let me assure you it’s worth every penny! It as a very nice and relaxing music too! Water can last up to 12 hours and it’s excellent for larger rooms. Also, it is a great conversation piece cause it looks amazing!
