Customer Care from Prefect Potion
I have been using Perfect Potion for over 10 years. Recently I have purchased a bottle of 1Lt Chamomile Shampoo. I have started to purchase the 1LT size of shampoo since they came out and it always comes with a pump. The shipment I have received today does not come with any pump. This is not the first time a product used to come with pump and suddenly changed to no pump. Also, this is not a refill pack, it is an actual bottle of shampoo. If your company decided not to supply the pump anymore, please remind your customer there is no pump with the item. How would you expect your customer to pour the shampoo out every time with a 1lt bottle? In addition, I don’t think the costing of the pump is an arm and a leg; therefore do not understand the reason of taking the pump away. Over the past years, I can see the company has been growing but the customer service has not been improved much from your headquarter. I usually go to the QVB store and I also been to Bondi Junction and Newtown store which has closed down after Covid. Most of the store staffs are good and have no complaints about their customer service. It’s the Brisbane headquarter which I had not very pleasant experience all the time. ( Mind you I only contacted them a few times over all these years) Understand including a pump or not is a small thing; however, it also shows how much your company cares for your customer and their needs.
High quality oils that smell divine
My local Perfect Potion store has closed down (I think COVID-19 was the cause), but there are still three Sydney stores in which to sniff and sample the products! (QVB, Bondi Junction, Warringah Mall) It is a crying shame that this company is not more widely recognised. Perfect Potion's essential oils are vastly superior to those of competitors with booming online stores. It's a case of the 'emperor's new clothes'. The poor reviews for the oils from these online stores are buried, while the positive reviews are revered by all ('sheep' mentality). However, there is no truth to these reviews, something I realised after falling for the hype and buying up big (even bought a little box for the oils!). I deeply regret not spending this money at Perfect Potion where the oils last twice as long due to their potency and quality. I will never buy inferior oils again. Perfect Potion's essential oils are carefully sourced and the blends are beautifully formulated. Most of the cheap and nasty oils from one get-rich-quick competitor in particular actually make me feel ill when diffusing them. They are supposed to be pure but reek for some reason. I am using the citrus oils to clean my tile floors and toilet (no joke!). Don't waste money on the rest, when Perfect potion is clearly the best! I have learned the hard way - you most definitely get what you pay for when it comes to essential oils. Please use some discernment and don't fall for the hype of mass-produced oils from thriving online stores.
I ordered the chakra balancing aromatherapy pulse point
I ordered the chakra balancing aromatherapy pulse point, roller ball and it was delivered very quickly (yesterday) well wrapped and I love the product. The smell is very pretty and it lasts all day long. I’m very pleased that it’s natural and doesn’t contain chemicals. Just waiting to hear what my chakras say…LOL.
Frankincense & rose moisture cream
I have been using Frankincense & Rose moisture cream for 2 years & really loving it. The scent first thing in the morning is my aroma therapy for the day. Uplifting & positive. The cream is rich & suits my skin really well even though normally I have sensitive skin to strong scented products. Only problem is this product seems to have been discontinued. PLEASE PLEASE bring it back, I have tried sooo many others in the last few months & really could do with the wonderful aromatherapy lift in this time of Covid!
Beware - this business does not follow Australian Consumer Law
I purchased a faulty diffuser from Perfect Potion and they have refused to refund it. The shop assistant at the Chermside branch told me that my wanting to return the product because it only worked intermittently counted as me changing my mind. She said that they would not refund a change of mind. She kept the product and refused the refund. I have contacted the ACCC and disputed the charge with my bank. I am perplexed that they would be so unhelpful to a customer who wanted to continue to spend money at their store, and actually get a more expensive and more reliable diffuser. Bizarre experience today and my many years of using their products ends today.

I have used a lot of various essential oils and products and have to say that Perfect Potion are some of my favourite. They are reasonably priced and great quality. I’ve also always been totally satisfied with the service I’ve received over the years.
